We hear so much about energizing smoothies, but sometimes a dose of calm is in order. This delicious smoothie, with a dash of Natural Vitality’s Natural Calm magnesium, fits the bill. For this one we like to use already frozen browning bananas, which give a more intense banana flavor, and you don’t need to use ice. It is also a great drink to help kids unwind.
Calming Almond Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup nut milk
1˝ tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon unflavored Natural Calm
˝ teaspoon vanilla
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy! You can garnish with a dash of cinnamon or banana slices.
